What: Level Up Hammerfest is designed to bring some of the areas best youth and middle school wrestlers together for a Saturday of live action to prep for the season, Tulsa and VAC.

Who: This event is for experienced youth and middle school wrestlers only.  Everyone will in groups of approx 5-8 according to age/weight/experience.

Structure: Heavy focus on position work, handfighting, hard drilling and live. While this is not a technique camp, lots of foundational aspects will get polished up.

10:00-11:15 - Position work and hard drilling

11:15-12:00 - Situational Live and Live Takedowns

12:00-12:30 - Lunch + Video review of high level wrestling matches

12:30 - 1:00 - Position work and hard drilling

1:00 - 1:30 - Live short time match scenarios

1:30 - 2:00- Live matches

What to Bring: Lunch, water/sports drink, two t-shirts, shorts, headgear & wrestling shoes
