What: Get a head start on the season by honing core foundational skills necessary for success in wrestling. This clinic will focus on improving positioning and building confidence in basic moves on the feet, top & bottom. Oh, and we’ll have some fun too.
Who: Brand new or returning 1st/2nd year wrestlers

What to Bring: Please bring a healthy lunch & water. Bring wrestling shoes if you have them. We have a limited amount of used shoes that can be provided if needed for brand new wrestlers. Please inquire.
