What: The first Hammerfest was in 2015 and several kids who attended eventually went on to be ranked in the nation and become NCAA All Americans.

It is designed to bring some of the areas best youth and middle school wrestlers together for a Saturday of live action to prep for the season, Tulsa, VAC and other national events.

Who: This event is for experienced youth and middle school wrestlers only.  Everyone will be put in groups of approx 5-8 according to age/weight/experience.

When: Saturday, November 15th 10:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Level Up Marietta Location - 4225 JVL Industrial Park Drive, Suite 603 Marietta, Ga 30066

Structure: Heavy focus on hard drilling, hard sparring and live. While this is not a technique camp, lots of foundational aspects will get polished up.

10:00 - 11:15 - Position work and hard sparring

11:15 - 12:00 - Situational Live and Live Takedowns

12:00 - 12:45 - Lunch + Video review of high level wrestling matches

12:45 - 1:15 - Position work and hard drilling

1:15 - 1:30 - Live short time match scenarios

1:30 - 2:00- Live matches

What to Bring: Lunch, water/sports drink, two t-shirts, shorts, headgear & wrestling shoes
