Level Up Legends - Girls Only Camp

Come learn AND train with some of the best female wrestlers from Georgia who trained and coach at Level Up. 

This will be an immersive camp where you will not only be able to learn their signature techniques, you will also be able to train with them and learn, first hand, their mindset and training routines that enabled them to accomplish big things.

We will focus on strategies and techniques that are universal but also unique to girls wrestling.

Clinicians planned include:
  • May Prado - 2023 U17 World Team Member
  • Genevieve An - Holds the Georgia female record for All-American titles at Cadet/Jr Nationals (7 total including nationals and World Team Trials)
  • Sarah Savidge - 2023 U20 Pan Am Champion and NAIA finalist for Life University
  • And more
Who: Any female wrestler ages 7 - 18yrs old (must have at least 1 season of experience)
Sample Day
  • 9:00 
    - 10:30 - Session 1 - Clinician A
  • 10:30 - 11:00 - Live wrestling
  • 11:00 -12:00 - Lunch
  • 12:00 - 12:30 - Film breakdown - Watch matches of clinician as they breakdown their decisions/technique/mindset
  • 12:30 - 2:00 - Session 2 - Clinician B
  • 2:00 - 2:30 - Live Wrestling
  • 2:30 - 3:00 - Break
  • 3:00 - 3:30 - Film Breakdown with Clinician B
  • 3:30 - 4:00 - Mindset talk/take notes
What to Bring: Lunch, NOTEBOOK or notes app on your phone, wrestling shoes, headgear, two t-shirts, athletic shorts & a bottle of water or sports drink

Schedule: Camp will run 9:00am - 4:00pm on Tues & Wed and 9:00am -12:00pm on Thurs
