Stop getting stuck underneath! Most wrestlers can attempt a takedown, but do they have what it takes to finish? This camp will focus on the position, techniques and chain wrestling required to be a finisher and win more matches.

Focus: We will improve leg attack set ups, positioning & finishes based on common opponent reactions. No trick moves. Just solid technique and confidence of what to do in each situation.

Who: All experience levels, must be at least 7yrs old. Limited to the first 60 wrestlers.

When: Wed, Jan 2nd & Thurs, Jan 3rd (can attend 1 or 2 days)

Schedule: 10am-3pm each day (early drop off and late pick up available – please inquire)

If needed, we will separate kids by experience level to focus the attention. 

***We will also do a lot of live wrestling to apply what is being learned and correct any technical issues. Each day will finish with a dual meet.***
