Since there is no scheduled tournament this day, let's throwdown!

Hard drilling, drills to improve position, and lots of live wrestling.

Two sessions split by age group. Maximum 50 wrestlers per session.

9:00am - 12pm: 6u, 8u & 10u
1:00pm - 4pm: 12u & 14u

15 min: Warm Up

1 hour: Position Drills, High paced drills to improve handfighting, finishes & bottom

1 hr 30 min: Live matches, situations, short-time simulations, overtime

15 min: Hard Drilling
