Who: Both experienced & newer wrestlers looking to gain an edge or knock off some rust to prepare for the upcoming winter season. Designed for wrestlers whose schools have a fall break the last week of September.

Date: Sept 24 - 26, 2018 (Mon-Wed: Can attend 1, 2 or 3 days)

Schedule: 10am-3pm (please inquire about early drop off and late pick up for working parents)

Price: Sibling Discount = 15% off each wrestler

• Three days: $150
• Two days: $100
• Single day: $60

• Fine tune core techniques that all wrestlers need including handfighting, set ups, improved breakdowns & turns and common issues getting out from the bottom position.
• Newer wrestlers will focus on the basics, while experienced wrestlers will learn advanced details that will take them to new levels.
• Build confidence in each wrestlers’ individual abilities and build excitement for the upcoming season

Format:

• Focus on foundational drills and fixing common mistakes
• Live sessions incorporating common situations, matches and fun challenges
• Each day will end with a team vs. team dual meet

What to Bring: Wrestling shoes, headgear, two t-shirts, athletic shorts, lunch & a bottle of water or sports drink. Campers should also bring a lunch and a healthy snack.
