Tilts & Turns - Top Domination

Who: Wrestlers 7-18 years old. Must have at least 1 season of experience.

Goals: 
  • Learn how to smother your opponent with constant pressure and tight rides
  • Improve transitions between high percentage breakdowns and turns all while not stopping
  • Chain wrestle tilts & pinning combinations together based on common predictable reactions
Format:
  • Focus on functional drills, fixing common mistakes and repetition of core techniques
  • Sparring (50% live) to develop a better feel for counters & scrambles
  • Live sessions incorporating common situations, matches and fun challenges
What to Bring: Wrestling shoes, headgear, t-shirt, athletic shorts, lunch & a bottle of water or sports drink
